This Non‑Disclosure Agreement is concluded between STEVENS Vertriebs GmbH and the signing parties in June 2026. Confidentiality applies immediately and remains in force until the official market launch of the products presented.
Special confidentiality deadlines apply to the following products and must be observed:
- STEVENS Super Prestige: 20 July 2026
- STEVENS Izoard: 29 July 2026
- Shimano GRX 13‑speed: 31 March 2027

Background
As part of the presentation of the 2027 collection data, STEVENS displays bicycle models, bicycle designs, technical data, and developments from STEVENS and other manufacturers relating to future models and products. This preliminary information is required for future business agreements. -
Confidentiality
The undersigned agree to treat all information contained in the provided data regarding future products as confidential and not to disclose it to third parties. The data is for internal use only.

Liability
The undersigned agree that STEVENS Vertriebs GmbH – and any suppliers involved with STEVENS – may hold them liable for damages resulting from non‑compliance with this agreement, i.e., from passing on confidential information to persons or companies outside the business relationship with STEVENS Vertriebs GmbH.
By confirming this Non‑Disclosure Agreement – which is required to access the 2027 Collection Preview – the undersigned acknowledge and accept the terms of this NDA.
